IT ANALYST

I work in technology, service design, and digital service delivery, with a strong interest in improving how people interact with systems and services.

My career began at Staples Canada, where I started as a Sales Associate at nineteen and quickly moved into service design. That experience sparked my interest in user research, customer experience, and the role thoughtful design plays in shaping better services. Since then, I have continued to grow through roles at Infosys and Shared Services Canada, where I have built experience in digital modernization, enterprise systems, and service improvement.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Certificate in Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Alberta. My background in psychology, innovation, and technology has shaped the way I approach problem solving, with a focus on people, accessibility, and meaningful change.

Outside of work, I am passionate about community involvement and inclusive design. I have worked for NGOs such as Rosset, an NGO startup working to improve accessibility for visually impaired users please see the award winning pitch here. I also enjoy building Lego, which gives me another creative outlet.

This website brings together selected projects, case studies, and experiences that reflect my journey and the work I care about most. Please see my "Projects" page for a deeper look at some special projects that I have been a part of!
